Yoga for Beginners/Gentle Flow

Have you always wanted to try a yoga class but didn’t know where to start? Do you have some yoga experience but would like to slow it down and find your foundation? This class is the one for you! In a small class setting (6 students maximum) you will be guided through a 60 minute flow matching breath to movement as well as integrating static holds all at a pace to allow you to find your flow. The teacher will break down poses and, if desired, can assist with adjustments. Come breathe with us!
If you have your own yoga mat please bring it. If you don’t, a large towel will also work. A bottle of water is also recommended, as well as any other creature comforts you may want (a sweatshirt or blanket for savasana, a yoga block, or small pillow).
