Yin with instructor Sally Staley to a relaxed and slow paced style of seated poses (20 main Yin poses that targets the legs and the torso. Each pose is held up to 5 minutes.)
There is no warm up for this 60 minute class. If you want less asana and more benefit from each pose, this class is for you! This class is beneficial for all level.
Yin Yoga takes place on Fridays from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Rosehill Community Center in the Vancouver Room.
