The Hatha Yoga class combines flowing sequences of yoga of postures coordinated with breath and mindful attention. The class also incorporates some postures held through several breath cycles to build strength and provide time for healthy alignment. Some breath work (pranama) will be included to provide more depth and internal focus to the practice. The class is suitable for all levels and modifications are provided to accommodate the level of physical intensity appropriate for various levels. Some yoga experience is recommended but even beginners will be able to benefit.
