The Museum of Flight’s Restoration Center & Reserve Collection at Paine Field is a 23,000-square-foot site where thousands of volunteer hours are devoted to renovating and restoring aircraft to exhibition quality. Through Restoration Tours, visitors are welcome to walk around the aircraft and talk to the volunteers.
At least 48 people are known to be buried in Mukilteo’s historic cemetery, including the founders of Mukilteo, Morris H. Frost and J.D. Fowler.
Located approximately 25 miles north of Seattle, The Future of Flight Aviation Center & Boeing Tour is the only public tour of a commercial jet assembly plant in North America.
Mukilteo Lighthouse Park is home of the historic Mukilteo Light Station and is available for touring and special events. There is also a boat slip, play ground, beach and picnic areas.
The Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum facility is located at the southeast corner of Paine Field in Everett, Wash. FHCAM is a rare private collection of WWII era aircraft, tanks, combat armor and other technologies.
