John’s Grill first opened its doors in 2005, boasting hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, and a crab cake to die for. In 2020, John’s Grill was sold, infusing fresh energy, culinary creativity, and an enhanced wine and cocktail program.
When you join us at John’s, our goal is to showcase the bounty of the Northwest, transforming its amazing ingredients with passion and skill to delight your palate. Start off with a handcrafted cocktail from Robin, our bar manager, cocktail designer, and wine curator. Robin’s cocktails are full of house-made compotes, sorbets, infused syrups, and fresh ingredients, often served on hand-carved ice.
Begin your meal with the crab cake from the original menu or one of our other delicious appetizers. Add a glass of wine perfectly paired, whether it be a local wine, or from around the world, our extensive glass pour and bottle selection has what you need. We still cut our steaks by hand and buy the freshest seafood we can get. Beyond the iconic favorite dishes on the menu, you’ll find seasonal entrees rotating to keep things fresh and exciting. And don’t forget to leave room for one of our delicious, handmade desserts!
