Kevin, Lotus’ new owner as of 03/2018, came to Seattle from Szechuan Province China 20 years ago. He has been a professional chef for over 25 years. He is able to cook both Chinese – American food style and real Chinese Szechuan style. His mission is to satisfy all customers after eating food in our restaurant.
His Hot and Sour Soup, Curry Beef Brisket, Szechuan Beef Noodle Soup, Singapore Style Rice Noodles, Beef Chow Foon, Salt and Pepper Squid, Honey Walnut Prawns and Fish Fillet with Vegetables have received numerous compliments. Come in and give them all a try!
