The Red Cork Bistro was featured in this week’s Restaurant Review in the Everett Daily Herald. Adrian Ramirez, who co-owns Red Cork Bistro with his wife, grew up in Mukilteo and attended Sno-Isle TECH Skills Center. Ramierz got his start in the restaurant business working at The Pointe Restaurant and Lounge at Harbour Pointe Golf Club as a dishwasher during high school. Eventually, he became a sous chef and then executive chef–working there for 17 years before purchasing the Red Cork Bistro in 2016.
The Red Cork also provides catering for many area events including Happy Hour at the Strato Deck at the Future of Flight.
